Each building has a first-floor apartment and a second-floor apartment, except for the 839 building which has one apartment on the first floor and two loft apartments on the second-floor (one in the front of the building along the street and one in the rear).
All the apartments, except one (839’s upstairs loft along the street), were designed with their main entrance in the back of the properties where a large courtyard-like area serves to mitigate the effects of the high volume of traffic on Willy Street. All co-op space outside of each member’s own apartment is shared space, including the buildings’ basements, the nine-car parking lot, patios, vegetable garden, and numerous flowerbeds.
